TERMS OF SALE
The flower arrangements you see on our site can only be recreated to our standards in our Los Angeles store. Therefore we can only guarantee the likeness and quality of the flower arrangements for orders delivered in the Greater Los Angeles area. We can handle your requests for flowers outside our delivery area but please be aware that we will be calling another florist to fill your order for you. In this case we will specify certain types of flowers and styles to get an arrangement as close as possible to our product but we can not guarantee an exact likeness but will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. There will be an additional wire service fee of $15.00 for all orders outside of our delivery area.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for replacement or store credit within 24 hours of delivery with reasonable cause.
PAYMENT
Payment accepted for on-line and telephone orders include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
DELIVERY TERMS
Deliveries within our delivery area are executed by our own staff. A delivery charge applies to all orders that we deliver. This charge is dependent on the distance from our shop to the area that the order is being sent to.
SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
Fresh flower arrangements can be wired to another florist anywhere in the world, there is an additional fee for this which will be determined based upon recipients address. We will contact a florist in the location the order is to be sent and handle the order for you. International orders require 5 to 7 days advance notice for delivery. Sufficient time should be given to have your flowers delivered for a specific date. |
